Viking Supply Ships Keeps Hold of Swedens Ice-Breakers
zoom Swedens Viking Supply Ships has been awarded a continuation of a contract to manage and operate the ice-breaker fleet of the Swedish Maritime Authorities (SMA) for a period of seven years. Viking Supply Ships have been managing and operating SMAa ice-breakers since 2000, and is one of the leading operators of ice-breakers and offshore vessels designed for arctic and harsh environments. The company now operates a fleet of five state-owned ice-breakers, three ice-breaking AHTS vessels, four ice-class 1A AHTS vessels and in addition five PSVs and one AHTS.
